Blueback Physio and Inner UP cannot be used without an internet connection. Indeed, in order to comply with the RGPD and to secure data, they are hosted on a secure remote server. So you'll need to be connected to the internet every time you authenticate. Don't worry, if your connection goes down during use, the system will take care of everything and nothing will be lost. For certain steps, an Internet connection is still required, at which point the system will warn you.

A tablet running on an Android operating system is required for optimal use of our applications Blueback App and InnerUp App. The minimum requirements are as follows: For Blueback Physio: Android Tablet • Android 8.0 and later • Bluetooth 4.2 and higher • Minimum diagonal 10.1″ (1920 x 1200 resolution preferred, 1920 x 1080 and 2560 x 1600 also possible) For Inner UP: Android Tablet • Android 12and later • Bluetooth 5.2 and higher • Minimum diagonal 10.1″ (1920 x 1200 resolution preferred, 1920 x 1080 and 2560 x 1600 also possible) You have two options: • You already own a tablet, or you'd like to buy one from your preferred supplier. Be sure to check its compatibility beforehand. Above all, contact us if you have any questions or uncertainties! • If you don't have time for this, contact us at the time of purchase and we'll offer to supply you with one, which will be delivered at the same time as your Blueback Physio. It can be used for purposes other than the Blueback Physio application. We deliver a compatible Android tablet.
